Rock and Road Trail Marathon (RnR T42)
- A trail runner’s version of R and R
- 1st Rock and Road Trail Marathon (RnR T42)*best effort to provide correct distance. so sorry, no extra kilometers this time
- Start: 3:00 AM, November 11, 2012 / RAIN or SHINE
- Start/Finish Line: FIELDS Clubhouse, Nuvali
- Marathon Cutoff: Eight hours (8:00:00) / Half Marathon Cutoff: Four hours (4:00:00)
- Assembly Time: 2:00 AM
- Race briefing starts at 2:30 AM, November 11, 2012 at the FIELDS CLUBHOUSE, NUVALI
- Out and back course, 8 aid stations in all
- NO cups whatsoever will be provided in all stations except at the start/finish line. Runners are REQUIRED to carry their own headlamps/flashlights, hydration kits and nutrition supplies. Additionally, it is also recommended that they bring their own first aid kit(cotton balls, antiseptic solution, band aid strips and anti-biotic ointment)
- Registration starts August 1 -October 31, 2012 ONLY (or earlier if all slots are taken up)
- MARATHON: 950.00 pesos-inclusive of finisher’s t-shirt and medal, post race meal
- HALF MARATHON: 750.00 pesos-inclusive of finisher’s t-shirt and medal, post race meal
- Race results and photos to be published exclusively in frontRUNNER Magazine
- Baggage deposit counter/toilet and bathroom will be available at the same site
- NO shuttle service to and from NUVALI is provided
- FREE parking is available at the parking lot adjacent to the FIELDS CLUBHOUSE
- The Race Director may, at any time, modify the race rules and/or course with the welfare of the runners as the utmost consideration

sir jonel, i haven’t tried trail running that started this early. aside from the usual concerns in running trail, is it safe to run the trail? of course it is. the area will also be the venue of the 24h dirt bike weekend ride.

yes, good eye! due south. it’s up to the venare aid station and make a u-turn back to the fields clubhouse. pass by “new zealand” twice.
